Founded in the 1980s, Mughal Bakery began small, as a specialized production facility for cake rusk, tea toast and baked goods. In a highly saturated market, there was something special about Mughal that let it thrive where many of its competitors did not. The Syed family created a dedicated team that matched their drive for growth in the market without sacrificing commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Over the years the team has grown and developed to match Mughal Bakery's impressive growth, but the main objective has never changed: delivering high quality, affordable goods to customers in the most efficient way possible.
The result of this determination is quite evident. Mughal Bakery's old favorites — its Royal Almond Cookies, Usmania Cookies, Jam Cookies, and Fruit Cake Rusks — have been joined by a delectable new variety of flavors, including the newly released Almond Butter Saffron cookie, aka Roat Saffron. Our sugar-free cookie products have been a hit in the South Asian market, and our eggless products have been a hit with North Indian and eggless-consumption customers. We manufacture and dispatch wholesale orders throughout the USA, baking more than 25,000 cookies a day to meet demand, with a cohort group that facilitates our new product releases.
Our recent meet-up with the Mayor of Chicago, Mr. Brandon Johnson, re-energized our passion for doing business with the City of Chicago. The famous Cake Boss, Chef Buddy Valastro, is another key bakery connoisseur who shares our zest for manufacturing and delivering quality baked products throughout the USA.
